1. 浮潜 Snorkelling

浮潜是最简单的一种，只要租面罩和呼吸管以及救生衣就可以浮在水面上看鱼儿和珊瑚礁了。

2. 水肺潜水 Scuba Diving

是Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus的简称，是指自行携带水下呼吸系统所进行的潜水活动。需要携带氧气瓶的潜水，需要有教练指导，或者先考出潜水证。

3. 自由潜 Free Diving

自由潜是指不携带空气瓶，只通过自身肺活量调节呼吸屏气尽量往深潜的运动。世界纪录是200多米(疯狂吧），憋一口气的纪录是12分钟多，而如果吸入氧气的话憋一口气的纪录是16分钟多。

个人觉得这是最理想的潜水，徒手下海十几米乃至几十米，融入这片蔚蓝的大海，和鲸鲨同游，光芒万丈魅力四射有木有！
